Moreover, you may as well opt for the following payment model: In this case, we do not expect any payment of rent if you do not earn anything. Your earnings will then be divided: 50 % will be used for the rent and you keep the remaining amount. If the rental costs for a month are paid up, you will receive 100 % of the earnings.
